Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Webeazi collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website and browser-based tools across Accessibility, Website, SEO, Social, Developer, and Designer suites.

1. Who we are

Webeazi is a privacy-first web toolbox. Our goal is to keep everyday utilities fast and practical while collecting only what is needed to operate the service securely and improve the product.

2. Information we may collect

  • Usage data such as pages visited, tool categories opened, browser type, device details, and approximate performance metrics.
  • Technical logs needed for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and service reliability.
  • Information you voluntarily submit into tools, such as pasted text, uploaded files, generated outputs, or URLs entered for scanning or lookup.
  • Cookie and storage preferences, including whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.
  • Recently visited tools stored locally in your browser to improve navigation.

3. How our tools handle your data

Different Webeazi tools process data in different ways. In general:

  • Many utilities run entirely in your browser, meaning your input may never leave your device.
  • Some Website and Accessibility tools need to reach a public URL or DNS record to return a result. Only the minimum data required to complete that request is used.
  • Server-side tools such as the URL Accessibility Scanner fetch public HTML over HTTPS, analyze it, and return a report. Private networks, localhost, and non-public hosts are blocked.
  • Exported files such as PDF accessibility reports are generated in your browser unless a tool explicitly states otherwise.

The current tool suites include:

  • Accessibility: contrast checking, alt-text drafting, HTML audits, and URL scans powered by axe-core.
  • Website Tools: responsive previews, DNS lookup, HTTP header checks, page-size measurement, and social meta inspection.
  • SEO Tools: meta tag generation, SERP preview, on-page SEO audits, keyword density, robots.txt, sitemaps, and JSON-LD schema.
  • Social Media Tools: caption, hashtag, YouTube copy, and thread/post formatters.
  • Developer Tools: JSON formatting, JWT decoding, Base64, hashing, UUID, cron, and CSS utilities.
  • Designer Tools: color palettes, logo and layout ideation, and curated design resources.

4. How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve Webeazi tools and user experience.
  • To enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
  • To understand which features are useful so we can prioritize improvements.
  • To honor your cookie and analytics preferences where required by law.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not claim ownership over the content you submit into tools.
  • We do not claim ownership over third-party websites, trademarks, or materials you choose to scan or preview.
  • We do not use tool outputs as legal advice, compliance certification, or professional guidance.

6. Copyright and site content

Original content published on Webeazi — including copy, branding, interface design, tool descriptions, and legal pages — is created individually for this platform. See our Terms of Use for copyright and permitted use.

7. Cookies and browser storage

We use essential cookies and limited browser storage for core functionality, such as remembering your cookie consent choice and recently used tools. Optional analytics technologies may be used only after consent where required. See our Cookies Policy for details.

8. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with trusted infrastructure or analytics providers that help us operate the platform, subject to confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Some tools may contact public third-party services — for example, public DNS resolution — solely to fulfill the request you initiate.

9. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as needed for operational, security, legal, or product-improvement purposes, then delete or anonymize it when feasible. Data stored locally in your browser remains under your control until you clear site storage or browser data.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to object to certain uses. You can manage cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. However, no online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information unless a tool clearly requires it and you accept the associated risk.

12. Children

Webeazi is intended for general professional and productivity use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. International users

If you access Webeazi from outside your home country, your information may be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. By using the service, you understand that such processing may occur.

14. Related policies

Please also review our Terms of Use, which include important disclaimers about the informational nature of tool outputs and limitations of liability.

15. Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page with an updated date.
