Copyright & original content
All original content on Webeazi — including website copy, branding, interface design, tool descriptions, documentation, and published written materials — is created individually for this platform and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of Webeazi materials without permission is prohibited.
1. About Webeazi
Webeazi provides free, browser-based utilities grouped into focused suites. Many tools run entirely in your browser. Others may contact public endpoints or our servers only when needed to complete a request — for example, fetching a URL for an accessibility scan, DNS lookup, or HTTP header check.
- Accessibility: contrast checking, alt-text drafting, HTML audits, and URL scans powered by axe-core.
- Website Tools: responsive previews, DNS lookup, HTTP header checks, page-size measurement, and social meta inspection.
- SEO Tools: meta tag generation, SERP preview, on-page SEO audits, keyword density, robots.txt, sitemaps, and JSON-LD schema.
- Social Media Tools: caption, hashtag, YouTube copy, and thread/post formatters.
- Developer Tools: JSON formatting, JWT decoding, Base64, hashing, UUID, cron, and CSS utilities.
- Designer Tools: color palettes, logo and layout ideation, and curated design resources.
2. Acceptable use
- Use Webeazi lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to pursue.
- Do not use the service to attack, overload, scrape, or disrupt third-party websites or infrastructure.
- Do not submit content, files, or URLs you do not have the right to process.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not use outputs to misrepresent compliance, certification, legal standing, or professional advice.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the text, files, URLs, and other material you enter into Webeazi tools. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material with the service.
For tools that scan or fetch public URLs, you must only submit targets you own, manage, or are explicitly permitted to test. Automated scans are subject to rate limits and public-host restrictions.
4. Tool outputs and informational nature
All tool outputs — including accessibility scores, WCAG-related findings, SEO suggestions, generated copy, developer conversions, and design ideation — are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.
- Accessibility results do not constitute legal advice, formal audit certification, or a guarantee of compliance with WCAG, ADA, EAA, Section 508, or any other law or standard.
- SEO, schema, robots.txt, and sitemap outputs are starting points and should be reviewed before publication.
- Social and marketing copy generators produce drafts that may require editing for accuracy, tone, and platform policy.
- Developer utilities process input as submitted and may not detect every edge case or security issue.
- Designer tools provide creative direction and inspiration, not production-ready deliverables unless you validate them yourself.
5. No warranties
Webeazi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, complete, current, or suitable for your specific use case. Features may change, move, or be removed as the product evolves.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Webeazi and its owners, affiliates, contributors, and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, business interruption, or compliance outcomes arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any output.
Any use, implementation of, or action taken based on information from Webeazi is at your sole discretion and responsibility.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
All original content published on Webeazi — including the site name, logo, branding, page copy, tool descriptions, UI design, help text, legal pages, and documentation — is created individually for this platform and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, scrape, republish, mirror, sublicense, or commercially exploit Webeazi materials without prior written permission, except where clearly allowed by law or by a specific tool export feature.
- Third-party names, logos, trademarks, and scanned website content remain the property of their respective owners. Webeazi does not claim ownership over external sites, brands, or materials you choose to analyze.
- Open-source libraries and services used to operate the platform remain subject to their own licenses.
- Tool outputs generated from your input are provided for your use, but you are responsible for ensuring your published results comply with applicable law and third-party rights.
You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Webeazi only the limited rights needed to operate the tools you choose to use.
8. Privacy and cookies
Your use of Webeazi is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which explain how we handle data, browser storage, and optional analytics preferences.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to some or all features when necessary to protect the platform, users, third parties, or legal compliance — including in response to abuse, excessive automated use, or security concerns.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions become effective when posted on this page. Continued use of Webeazi after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
